1. Products and Services

Dream Team Vacations offers the following digital products and membership services:

• The Cruise Facts™ Introductory Annual Membership — An annual cruise-search, price-comparison, and monitoring membership designed to help you compare your options before you book—and continue watching the price afterward. Includes full-year access to the Cruise Intelligence Center™ search tool, Price History, personalized cruise matching, booked-cruise monitoring, and deal alerts.

All products are digital in nature. Access is delivered via email following purchase confirmation.

2. Cruise Information Disclaimer

The Cruise Intelligence Center™ and all reports, deal alerts, and pricing information provided by Dream Team Vacations are for informational and educational purposes only. Cruise pricing is dynamic and changes frequently. We make no guarantee that any specific price, availability, or sailing will be available at the time you attempt to book.

Dream Team Vacations is a licensed Florida travel agency (Florida Seller of Travel #ST43972). We may earn commissions on bookings made through us. Our cruise intelligence tools are designed to help you make informed decisions — we are not responsible for pricing decisions made by cruise lines or third-party booking platforms.

3. AI-Powered Features

Some features of our service — including our Atlas Adventure™ AI cruise guide, Captain Finn™ AI cruise companion, and Sunny™ AI concierge — are powered by artificial intelligence. These AI tools are designed to assist with cruise research and information delivery. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or travel advice. Always verify pricing and availability directly with the cruise line, booking site or your travel agent before making a booking decision.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, email support@dreamteamvacations.com.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. We are not responsible for failed charges due to expired or incorrect payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Summary:

• The Cruise Facts™ ($47/yr) — Subject to our $47 Savings Guarantee: The Cruise Facts™ costs $47. If it doesn’t save you at least that much during your first year, your next year is free. The guarantee provides a free second year—not a refund of your original membership payment. To request your free year, email support@dreamteamvacations.com with the subject line “$47 Savings Guarantee.” The Cruise Facts™ is non-refundable once access is activated; cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next annual charge. To cancel, email support@dreamteamvacations.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on thecruisefacts.com — including the Cruise Intelligence Center™, S.A.I.L. Club™, Atlas Adventure™, Captain Finn™, Sunny™, reports, copy, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dream Team Vacations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute member access or reports
• Use our tools to scrape, aggregate, or republish cruise pricing data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our Cruise Intelligence Center™
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Team Vacations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our cruise intelligence information. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Mobile Messaging

If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages including your secure sign-in link and, where you have asked for them, cruise price alerts and deal notifications. You choose whether to receive text messages when you purchase, and you can change that choice at any time in your member preferences. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
