Email Communications

When you purchase a product or submit your preferences, you are opted into our member communications list. We use SendGrid to deliver transactional and marketing emails including cruise deal alerts, personalized reports, and member updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your purchase or account may still be sent after unsubscribing.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages including your secure sign-in link and, where you have asked for them, cruise price alerts and deal notifications. You choose whether to receive text messages when you purchase, and you can change that choice at any time in your member preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
